Sabrina's Love Story (Part-11)

 Sabrina's Unforgettable Love Story

At Last, the Words of Love Were Spoken

Love has been described in countless stories throughout history and literature. Some stories are remembered for generations because they show how deeply a person can love, sacrifice, and remain devoted to someone despite every obstacle.

Kabir had grown up hearing and reading stories of legendary love. The stories of Laila-Majnun, Shirin-Farhad, and Rajokini-Chandidas had left a deep impression on his young heart.

Whenever Kabir thought about those stories, he wondered what true love really meant.

Was love simply about saying beautiful words?

Was it only about spending happy moments together?

Or did true love require courage, patience, sacrifice, and the willingness to stand beside someone even when the road ahead became difficult?

Deep inside, Kabir believed that true love could never be measured only by words. A person who truly loved someone had to possess the courage to accept uncertainty and sacrifice his own comfort when necessary.

Perhaps that was why Kabir had been so afraid to speak.

After Sabrina entered his life, something inside him had slowly begun to change. What had started as curiosity gradually became affection. That affection slowly turned into something much deeper.

He had fallen in love.

Day after day, his feelings for Sabrina grew stronger.

Yet neither of them had openly spoken about their feelings.

For several months, their relationship existed almost entirely through their eyes.

A brief glance from across the school courtyard.

A quiet smile.

A moment of unexpected eye contact.

Sometimes Sabrina would look at Kabir and quickly turn her face away. At other times, Kabir would find himself looking toward her without even realizing it.

Neither needed to say anything.

Their eyes seemed to say what their lips could not.

But silence, no matter how beautiful, cannot continue forever.

There comes a moment when the heart becomes tired of hiding what it truly feels.

For Kabir, that moment had finally arrived.

He had spent so many days thinking about Sabrina. He had imagined countless times how he might tell her what was in his heart.

Sometimes he would gather enough courage to speak.

But when the opportunity came, fear would take over.

What if Sabrina did not feel the same way?

What if she misunderstood him?

What if their friendship changed forever?

And perhaps the biggest question of all—

What would happen if Kamal, Sabrina’s brother and Kabir’s closest friend, ever found out?

These thoughts repeatedly stopped him.

But on that day, Kabir made a decision.

He would remain silent no longer.

He quietly promised himself that, whatever happened afterward, he would finally tell Sabrina the truth.

He did not know whether she would smile or remain silent.

He did not know whether she would accept his feelings or turn away.

He only knew that keeping those feelings locked inside his heart had become almost impossible.

The Moment Kabir Had Been Waiting For

It was an ordinary school day.

Classes were going on as usual. Students were busy with their lessons, teachers were moving between classrooms, and the familiar sounds of school life filled the surroundings.

Nothing seemed unusual.

Yet for Kabir, that day was about to become one of the most unforgettable days of his life.

At one point, Kabir noticed that Sabrina had gone toward one of the school’s tube wells to drink water.

Kabir immediately felt his heart beating faster.

He looked toward his friend Kamal.

For a moment, he hesitated.

Then, trying to make his voice sound as normal as possible, he said,

— “My friend, I’m going to number two for a moment.”

Kamal did not suspect anything unusual.

Kabir quickly walked away.

But he was not really thinking about where he was going.

His mind was filled with only one person.

Sabrina.

As he walked toward the tube well, his heart seemed to beat faster with every step.

He had imagined this moment many times.

Now it was actually happening.

When Kabir reached the place, he saw Sabrina standing near the tube well.

For a moment, neither of them said anything.

Sabrina looked at Kabir.

Kabir looked at Sabrina.

Their eyes met.

And suddenly, all the sounds around them seemed distant.

It felt as though the world had become quiet for a few seconds.

They had exchanged countless looks before, but this moment felt different.

Kabir knew why he had come.

And perhaps Sabrina understood that something was different too.

Kabir wanted to speak.

He had so many words inside his heart.

But when the moment finally arrived, those words seemed to disappear.

His mind went blank.

He had thought about this conversation for months, yet now he could not find a proper beginning.

Should he explain how long he had been thinking about her?

Should he tell her how much her presence had changed his ordinary school days?

Should he tell her about all the silent conversations they had shared through their eyes?

He did not know.

His heart was full, but his lips were silent.

Then, gathering whatever courage he had left, Kabir decided not to make the moment complicated.

He would simply tell her the truth.

Without any long explanation, without any introduction, and without giving himself another chance to lose courage, he finally said the words that had remained hidden inside his heart for so long:

“I Love You, Sabrina.”

The words were simple.

Only three words.

But for Kabir, they carried months of emotion, hesitation, fear, hope, and longing.

The moment the words left his lips, Kabir himself seemed surprised.

He had finally said it.

The secret he had protected for so long was no longer a secret inside his own heart.

Now Sabrina knew.

For a few moments, Sabrina remained silent.

Kabir waited.

Those few seconds felt much longer than they really were.

His heart was filled with uncertainty.

He wondered whether he had made a mistake.

Perhaps he should not have spoken.

Perhaps she would not accept his feelings.

Perhaps this one confession would change everything between them.

Kabir waited for her answer.

And then, slowly, the silence began to change.

There was no anger in Sabrina’s expression.

There was no rejection.

Instead, there seemed to be a quiet happiness in her eyes.

Perhaps she had been waiting for those words too.

Perhaps she had carried the same feelings inside her heart but had been too shy to speak first.

Perhaps the countless silent conversations between their eyes had already given them the answer long before their lips could.

Finally, Sabrina no longer hid what was inside her heart.

She looked at Kabir and responded with the words he had secretly hoped to hear:

“I Love You Too.”

For Kabir, that moment was unforgettable.

The fear that had surrounded him only moments earlier suddenly disappeared.

The uncertainty was replaced by happiness.

For months, he had wondered whether Sabrina felt the same way.

Now he finally knew.

She did.

The feelings he had carried alone were not his alone anymore.

Two hearts that had spent months communicating through silent glances had finally spoken the same language with words.

The End of Silence

That single moment brought an end to months of uncertainty.

Until that day, Kabir and Sabrina had been connected through brief glances, quiet smiles, and unspoken emotions.

They had understood each other without speaking.

But now their feelings had finally been acknowledged.

Their love had a name.

Their silence had finally found a voice.

Kabir felt a happiness that was difficult to describe.

Sometimes the greatest happiness in life comes not from receiving something expensive or extraordinary, but simply from discovering that the person you care about feels the same way about you.

For Kabir, Sabrina’s words were exactly that kind of happiness.

He had been afraid of rejection.

Instead, he received acceptance.

He had been afraid of losing the connection between them.

Instead, their bond had become deeper.

And yet, beneath that happiness, there was still a small shadow of uncertainty.

Because their love was not entirely simple.

Sabrina was not just a girl Kabir had fallen in love with.

She was also the younger sister of his closest friend, Kamal.

And that fact could change everything.

What would happen if Kamal discovered their relationship?

Would he understand?

Would he become angry?

Would their precious friendship remain the same?

And what would their families think if they learned about the relationship?

At that moment, neither Kabir nor Sabrina had the answers.

They knew only that they had found something precious in each other.

The future remained hidden.

They did not know what challenges were waiting for them.

They did not know how many tests their love would have to face.

They did not know that happiness and hardship often walk together on the same road.

But on that particular day, none of those questions mattered.

For one brief moment, they allowed themselves to simply be happy.

Kabir had finally said what his heart had been trying to say for months.

And Sabrina had finally answered.

Their eyes had spoken first.

Their hearts had understood each other next.

And finally, their lips had spoken the words that had been waiting inside them for so long.

“I Love You.”

Three simple words.

Yet for Kabir and Sabrina, those three words marked the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.

A chapter filled with love, dreams, hope, uncertainty, and challenges they could not yet see.

The long silence had ended.

Their love had finally been spoken aloud.

But their real story was only beginning.
